The Gunmen's good-looking jock pal who funds "The Lone Gunmen" newspaper. He is a dumb lunk, but with a big-heart, who likes the Lone Gunmen's morality and wants to be a fourth gunmen. It is interesting to note that in the early Bond spoof, "Casino Royale," James Bond's idiot cousin (played by Woody Allen) is named Jimmy Bond.

Stephen Snedden once a stand-up comic, actor Stephen Snedden has appeared in the movie "Coyote Ugly," the tv movie "Freedom Song," and on the TV show "18 Wheels of Justice." He has a doube major in theatre and television production. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, his car died and he had to use public transport to go to acting lessons and to auditions for over a year. His persistence has indeed payed off.

Byers worked for the FCC, helping the government to fight off hackers and others who could harm the government. However, his life changed after meeting a woman named Susanne Modeski. Byers quickly fell in love with this woman who showed him that the governent was doing controlled experiments on civilians and conspiring to keep the truth about their actions from the public. Byers is the leader of the Gunmen, the man who got Frohike and Langly involved in the first place. He always wears a suit and is never relaxed about anything and seems to be the intelligence expert in the group. He was named after assassinated president John F. Kennedy. His parents were originally going to call him Bertram, after his father.

Bruce Harwood

Born and bred in British Columbia, Bruce is a relaxed, bookish person. Not nearly as paranoid as his character, and also doesn't wear suits all the time. Instead, he does oragami as a hobby. His most notable tv apperances besides the Byers character was as another recurring role, an enviromental expert on "MacGyver." His movie credits include: "The Fly II," "Bingo!," and of course, "The X-Files" movie. He was born on April 29, 1963.

Frohike too, like Langly, sold illegal cable devices along with running the Frohike Electroncis Company. He is the best hacker of the Gunmen, next to Langly. His kung fu is second best. Frohike is short, unshaven, and clad, but also adorable. He is sarcastic, but also sensitive. He loves women, but is not a great talker. He is the photographic and survellaince expert in the group, who at first glance may look like a dirty, old man. But a funny dirty, old man...

Tom Braidwood

The British Columbian has a good sense of humor, and enjoys gardening, as well as homelife. He was a theatrical actor before Frohike and served as an assistant director on "The X-Files" first five years in Vancouver and now does that same for "The Lone Gunmen." He has been in several movies ("The X-Files" included) and served as assistant director, producer, or production manager on several others. He most recently finished work on "Tilt," a movie he produced as well as starred in, and was worked on by a lot of the old Vancouver crew of "The X-Files." He also produced and directed for a one-hour crime drama "Da Vinci's Inquest" for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He was born on September 27, 1948.

Langly is the D&D; playing, hard rock band lovin', Gunmen who's kung fu(80's term for hacking) is the best. Before he joined the Gunmen he sold illegal cable devices, but that all changed when he got caught up in a conspiracy to keep the truth from the American public along with Frohike and Byers. He is now ultra-prarnoid and serves as the communications expert for the Gunmen. He has long hair, glasses, and always wears hard rock t-shirts.

Dean Haglund is a stand-up comedian, but not your typical one. His one-man show "Paranoia Will Destroy Ya" is based off of his improvised skits at several "The X-Files Expo" conventions. He is a comedy writer too, and co-wrote the pilot for a situation comedy called "Channel 92" that was never picked up. He is like Langly in that he owns a computer, listens to the Ramones, and that long hair of his is real(I bet he plays D&D; too...). He has a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University where he majored in multi-disciplinary studies including dance, theatre and video production. He maintains his own personal website where you can send him an email (but no one ever believes it is really him when they get a reply, if he has time to send one), which really is his address! He was born July 29, 1965 at Oak Bank, Manitoba, Canada.

Dean Haglund has drawn a comic titled Why the Lonegunmen was canceled, which can be purchased on his official homepage or at one of his convention shows following the ending of the TV series 'The Lone Gunmen'. Since 2009 he co-hosts a podcast with film make Phil Leirness: http://www.chillpakhollywood.com/
