Synopsis: The Gunmen pose as aliens to trick Morris Fletcher into divulging privileged information. They learn of Romeo 61, a rogue government agency that may harbor the most sensitive secrets in America and considered the crown jewel to conspiracy brokers. Hot to uncover everything about Romeo 61, the Gunmen discover that Yves may be somehow involved and not who they believe her to be, and voraciously investigate her to get to the truth. Also, Fox Mulder has an inadvertnent rendezvous with Jimmy.

Notes:
- This was the first season's finale and though ending with a cliffhangar, was not to be continued due to the cancellation of the show. It also was to mark the beginning of the show's "mythology."
- David Duchovny plays Fox Mulder on "The X-Files," for which "The Lone Gunmen" was spawned. He is the Lone Gunmen's long time friend.
- Michael McKean first appeared as Morris Fletcher on "The X-Files," in a two-parter ("Dreamland" and "Dreamland II"). His character temporarily switched faces and lives with Fox Mulder. He also appeared briefly in the second Lone Gunmen "The X-Files" episode, "Three of a Kind."
- Jim Fyfe reprises his role from "Pilot" and "Tango de los Pistoleros" as Kimmy the Geek in this episode.
- The three men shown on the computer screen whom the Lone Gunmen tricked the system into thinking they were are executive producers Vince Gilligan, John Shiban, and Frank Spotnitz.
- The title is a nod to the movie "All About Eve," the Joseph L. Mankiewicz' 1950 film that starred Marilyn Monroe.
- The song "Weapon of Choice" by Fatboy Slim was used in this episode.
